> We are trying to locate a dog who is often barking for long periods, which is both a distress signal for the dog and distressing/ disruptive to the neighborhood. We are keen to support the owner(s) with this dog so we cam all benefit. Animal control apparently can't intervene without a specific address. If there is another way to resolve this situation, that would helpful too. thank you.
