> Overgrown vacant land on the corner of Peverell St and Piko Cres, with refuse dumped along the boundary. I am a pest control technician and recently completed a rodent treatment at a nearby property. The dense vegetation provides potential rodent harbourage, while seeding grasses and other vegetation can provide a food source. The current condition of the site is conducive to rodent activity. It may pay to investigate ownership and arrange clearance and maintenance of the area.
