> Yesterday,while driving from Aidanfield towards Halswell on Dunbars Rd in Christchurch, I was behind a vehicle where the passenger threw rubbish out of the window three separate times. After I sounded my horn, another item was thrown and landed near my car wheel. Fortunately, there was no damage to my vehicle, but this kind of behaviour is dangerous and could easily cause an accident or put other road users at risk.
