> Beach bar at Sumner seem to think it is appropriate to wash the kitchen mats on the footpath, there is often mess outside the waste taker containment area. Rubbish, mess, smell and mess particularly cooking oil on and around the whole area dripping from waste oil containers. This is inappropriate, can they be asked to tidy up and be considerate please.
