> Someone has left the toilet in a really bad state. It needs to be cleaned as soon as possible, and the bathrooms need to be checked and cleaned more regularly. There also needs to be a better way of identifying and preventing deliberate mess or vandalism. Obviously, cameras should not be installed inside bathrooms because of privacy, but some form of monitoring outside the bathroom, combined with regular condition checks, could help identify when these incidents are occurring.
