> The stormwater drain next to our property appears to be blocked, and is stopping the surface water from draining away. Usually its leaves in the gully trap but I’ve checked and there are no leaves this time. The blockage could be elsewhere. As a result the surface water is pooling and blocking the road on both sides of Aylmer Street.
