> Approximately 200mm deep hole appearing under Tar Seal. About 12 - 18 months ago the waist water drains were dug up by contractors to clear a tree root partial blockage. It appears the earth under the seal has subsided. Hard to say how big this area is under the ground. Appears to be about 200mm deep and the top seal is collapsing.
