> What an absolute disgrace these planter boxes are , nobody takes any care or interest in looking after them , the local shop owners could not give a toss about looking after them !! Compared to the planter boxes in the Papanui / Main North road area where the council look after them , the one here in the Richmond Village should either be looked after by the CCC or be removed, they are serving no purpose , and pulling the already shabby look of the Richmond Village down even further !!! Step up CCC
