> The meth house next door is operating in the early hours. This car arrived at 3am the driver is obviously incapable of driving. There is constant traffic in the early morning doors slamming people shouting and disturbing the peace. The landlord and tenants have been given an abatement notice by CCC. While they are generally quiet now. Their mates turn up in the early hours for their meth hits as they will be sleeping during the day. Its unreasonable and disturbing.
