> council needs to do something about the shingle shoulder located on the corner of Cashmere rd and hendersens rd. it is a dumping ground for building materials, household appliances, furniture and waste, it very quickly becomes an eyesore, encourages boy racers to hoon around and is of no realy benefit to council these days. Suggest you landscape, curb and channel and add a proper footpath and or cycleway along that stretch to the wetland park on the Hendersens road and Sparks road corner
