> This temporary transition was installed about five years ago and was for the purpose of enabling buses to do a detour around Selwyn Street works. It was never removed and the channel doesn’t drain the way. It should the little steel pipe doesn’t have the capacity and is blocked anyway. The whole temporary thing should be removed.
