> This is the new pathway city to sea section on Hulverstone Drive. This is supposed to be a showcase. The poor grassing, lack of planting, fence posts wire has all come off and hanging, tagging etc. This is an embarrassment to all the public who are now using the pathway. Please get your people on site here and sort this mess out please.
