> Hi This fennel grows every year on this sharp/blind corner in Kinsey Terrace, Clifton Hill, and it is a traffic hazard. In previous years we have suggested it be dug out or poisoned, but it has only received a haircut!! To save repeated visits wouldn’t it be advantageous to get rid of it, saving time and money, thanks.
