> maintenance contractors upgraded all street lights in Cass Bay over the last few days. However, they were either lazy or incompetent and missed two. One is outside 13 Cass Bay Pl, while the second is outside 14 Harbour View The. Can they please finish the job. Needless to say, they should not be able to charge additional fees for coming back. Ideally they should have party is their fee deducted for failing to do the job properly.
