> property owner: Continuous water ponding and stagnant water occur at my driveway entrance and roadside channel whenever it rains. Water remains even during prolonged dry periods per photos attached,unlike neighbouring properties. This may indicate a drainage blockage, damaged drainage , inadequate channel gradient, or incorrect road level preventing proper flow. This creates slip and splash hazards and restricts safe pedestrian access when rains.Please inspect and rectify the issues.Thank you
