> Note this is 14 River Stone Drive and not 16 - couldn’t update on app. The Aquatec pressure sewer valve cover was broken by a truck when the house was under construction- we did ask the builder to log with CCC but not fixed. I was mowing the lawn just now and stood on the edge and fell through up to my knee - I logged a parks hazard yesterday when a neighbour broke 2 bones In the local park and it seems I am on a streak! I was fine but it could have been bad - there is no lip to hold the lid up
