> I woke up this morning to find a grey Toyota (rego: PHY98) parked at 34 Brusio Drive, Wigram, partially blocking my driveway. The vehicle has also rested against / driven onto the towbar of my parked vehicle (a dark green Prado). Please send parking enforcement to assist with this situation.
