> this unregistered vehicl has been here at least 4 months. the owner is living in it with his aggressive dog. I have witnessed him going to the toilet in the bushes not really hidden from the public. the man is also very hostile. I understand he might be homeless but there is a wider range of people that are at risk with him staying there.
