> I am at Pie and Coffee, normally a very busy Cafe at 290 Selwn St Christchurch. I have driven twice through the Brougham St Selwyn St intersection earlier this morning and can report that the signage and management of roadworks at the intersection is appalling. There is no advance warning that you cannot turn north into Selwyn St from Brougham, and since you are then in the right turn lane, you have to cross into the left lane after the intersection to get to the slip lane to turn back onto Brou
