> I would like to report a National advertising trailer occupying the only available street parking space outside our home. It appears to be parked primarily for advertising purposes, rather than ordinary vehicle use. Could the council please investigate whether this complies with the Christchurch City Council Traffic and Parking Bylaw? Photos are attached for reference. Thank you. We would appreciate it being moved from outside our home
