> This car, RS309, has been parked in the cul-de-sac for at least two weeks and hasn’t moved once. It makes it difficult for vehicles to get around, especially the rubbish trucks yesterday. I noticed the trucks having to go back and forth several times to avoid the car and the vehicles parked in the middle parking area of the cul-de-sac. There’s plenty of parking in the street without blocking the turning area. That’s if the car belongs to anyone in this street.
