> There is a basketball hoop and base setup outside 20 Iraklis Close, Templeton. It overhangs the road considerably and when it rains the base blocks the gutter from taking water away and the gutters back up the street. The base sticks out onto the road and then the hoop sticks out even further. Very surprised the rubbish trucks haven’t hit it yet.
