> The outlet from the Wairarapa Stream that feeds the old mill stream appears to be blocked. At the moment, there is virtually no water passing down the mill stream. The photo I have attached was taken from our driveway bridge at 39c Holmwood Rd, that shows almost zero water. I suspect the outlet from the Wairarapa stream is blocked and needs to be thoroughly cleared.
