Flat 8 has a large Magnolia Grandiflora in its wee garden and I would like to notify the property managers that I intend to trim back the branches that are over hanging the shared drive of 25 Packe St as it's a hazard for high sided vehicles such as ambulance or fire. please can you let me have the property manager details? Thanks
