> These photos are rubbish of NRA clearing footpath areas as agreed with council. This is hebe rubbish from getting fences ready for waterblasting. There are also some grass stumps in the swales along the Boulevard. Some of the garden rubbish that has ‘appeared’ has been dumped by others it would appear. Rubbish needs removing before a good mow can occur.
