> Recently about a month ago I sent the same or similar photos to the council and I was told there was a private leak causing this water from 11 Carex rise. I was also informed that the residents of 11 Carex rise had been notified. All I know is nothing has happened to fix this and it seems to be running like a tap below our driveway and under our berm We are concerned it may cause subsidence. Could you please ensure 11 Carex Rise are aware and steps are made to solve this
