> WILFUL / INTENTIONAL DAMAGE: to public property / civic space by youth on Lime / Flamingo scooters. Holding the scooter handle with the accelerator on full, the youth let the back powered wheel spin, causing gouging to the landscaped areas. This damage costs rate payers. Lime and Flamingo should be forced to geo restrict access to park / landscaped areas, and speed restrict the devices so this damage won’t happen.
