> Non-tidal flooding After last nights rain there is a lot of water on Clarendon Tce, that is not draining. This was a minor rainfall event of 8.2mm over less than 12 hours - ecan records. We have had one low tide cycle since the rain stopped and the water did not drain at all. The sump outside 91 Clarendon is either blocked or something like a non-return valve to the Heathcote river is not functioning correctly.
