# Pest / Vermin, 56A King Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand

Sydenham, Christchurch · filed 21 October 2026 · report 9136638

> We have recently purchased property next door and had rat and mice issue and recently flies issue. We had a look and found out the people from property next door dumped rubbish in their garden. There is a lot of flies, I presume something died there. We have children next door. This is a serious concern, especially the rats.
