> Planting along top of new retaining wall is dead/dying and is not being maintained. Soil under coconut matting is cracked due to slumping and dry condition. This includes plants installed last Thursday (into top of black bags) which are already dead/dying. Lancewood trees have not been installed after being assured months ago that they were to be.
