> Raining polystyrene balls both sides of maxwell st western section to halfway to wainui st. It is also on grass berms and my front lawn to lesser extent and there is s road patch of it that I thought was grass. Before this gets flushed into the sea can it be removed? Appeared after morning rains can’t see in other streets.
