> We have 2 sets of neighbours dumping their rubbish in our bins. One from 66 Antigua street and another from the same driveway as us at 62 Antigua street (out of units 2-8). They dump anything regardless of if it is recycling or rubbish. I’m getting really fed up!! I don’t want to speak to them about it, they know I have seen them doing it and instead just yelled “how can I help you”, do they not understand this is a fineable offence!! Any help is appreciated!!
