> overflowing bin in children's play area.Lots of stinking dog poo bags.Has been lime this for weeks and reported before but not actioned.Wrong type of bin for area.Should have enclised top and side opening.Needs to be emptied regularly please.It is Christmas Eve and lots of chimdren play here.Not a good look sadly.
