> I’ve noticed water leaking out from underneath the surface of the tar seal on the footpath beside the street car parks in from of 105 Burke street for a few days, it looks like the water is coming out around 1 foot away from a water metre located in the footpath, but I am unsure whether this is coming from the water meter or is just a coincidence, as it’s seems to have started not long after a house on the other side of the street was demolished
