> Access to this reserve (DOC estate and Council reservoir) at the top of Cornwall Rd needs to be secured (padlocked with bollards on either side) as private vehicles are accessing the side gate, driving up to the top, and using this area to smoke joints, drink alcohol and dump rubbish. This anti social behaviour is both intimidating for nearby residents and walkers using the path and also a fire hazard as the fire risk increases during the summer months.
