> Water leak on Whitehall Street, Christchurch. Observed over last 3-4 weeks and appears to be getting worse (channel fill with water). Appears to originate outside 30 Whitehall Street - may be related to blue container on berm, which has been there for months but no house repairs are being undertaken. Concerned about asphalt accessway to my property 34 Whitehall Street which is breaking up due to water intrusion. Thanks, Les Dowdle
