> There is a vehicle parked daily on the laneway/shared driveway between 30-38 Vernon Terrace, St Martins, Chch. There are 7 families sharing this access. Also a trailor is always parked in front of this Hyundai, Terracan rego HEN504. Three Photos attached. This makes it one way access only and it need not be. Does this parking comply with council regulations and can anything be done? Thank you
