> The right turning arrow on these lights is either faulty or needs reconsidering if these changes were planned. The arrow does not turn off after a time (as did previously) to allow right turning with no oncoming vehicleS on Blenheim Rd. I ride a bike and at 7am when I am at this intersection and no cars about is arms silly to not allow turning. I have seen numerous times cars and trucks turning on the red arrow. Could you please repair this fault or reconsider why this was put in place.
