> this slumped patch on a subsurface repair has to be one of them sloppiest examples of tradecraft that we've seen in recent years.the contractor that completed this work needs to be invited back to fix it immediately, and some sort of supervision needs to be in place because clearly the standards of work are well below what we expect.
