# Rubbish/Recycling, 297, Blenheim Road, Upper Riccarton, 8041, Canterbury

> Once a week. These bins block the entire width of the sidewalk for a whole day This is unacceptable. Is the sidewalk for bins? Or for people to walk. Get them to put their bins out somewhere with more space or tell these business that they need to collect their bins as soon as they are empty. I’m about ready to start putting. These bins on the rather than step onto the road myself to get around them
