> Two major sumps at the end of Kinsey Terrace that service Kinsey and Tuawhera Terraces. Not much use when they are full of shingle and have a Ngaio, Tuapata and others trees growing inside them. Perewinkle is growing as well. These haven’t been cleaned or serviced for a long long time! The Ngaio and Taupata trees are that well established they growing up through the grills!
