> Mrs Bottomleys flowers have taken to putting a cone in one of the car parks to reserve it for courier drivers. The problem is the cone has no reflective material and in the dark the other morning it was very difficult to see and I rode into it on my bike. Can you please remove it and give them a P5 space? thanks
