> For the second time in two weeks the council has failed to empty the red bin at 27a sayers cres. It was put out on the street on wed eve and it was not emptied on Thursday nor on Friday. There is no note to say why not. The bin was only half full. This is not good enough. I am contacting you on behalf of my elderly father.
