> Hi there. The recently repaired speed bump outside 36 Mathers road is starting to deteriorate rapidly. It is evident that moisture is pumping up from the sub grade. Coincidentally the failure points are in line with the water main underneath... maybe it should be fully excavated next time to check the condition of the buried pipes, suspect that is the source of all the issues.
