> I have a leaking garden tap which I want to fix. But when I went to the CCC toby to isolate the water supply there appeared to be a water meter but no valve to isolate our property. Hand cleared excess soil from the toby box but there is no valve. Can you please install a valve so I can repair my leaking tap.
