> There is a stormwater manhole in the footpath on Hagley Avenue, park side which looks to have been damaged in the earthquakes. The stormwater manhole in question is SwAccessID - 4603. The lid has lifted and presents a serious trip hazard to pedestrians. I am extremely concerned that this looks to have gone unrepaired for 9 years.
