> The grass berm along the Brougham St Express way is in a very bad state: long shaggy dry grass from Simeon St to Barrington St. In addition, there is a derelict house at 47 Hillier Place on the boundary of the expressway. The fence had collapsed exposing views of abandoned vehicles and all manner of junk. Doesn't the council have any responsibility to maintain fencing along express ways?
