> Our green bin was meant to be emptied today. I was disappointed to find that it was still half full. He obviously hasn't taken the time to completely empty it. As you can see in the photos it has not been compacted down hard. Houses no 11 and 14 in our street were missed out completely last week. 14 complained and got theirs emptied. I have noticed that the drivers leave the bins upside down for a very short time. This doesn't give them a chance to empty properly. I'm surprised more people haven't complained. We never overfill as we use it every week and need it emptied. We are very careful with the use of our bins. Looking forward to hearing your reply.
