> Please see attached photo of this rather large, very prickly, unpleasant thistle bush that is obstructing the footpath on Selwyn St. It belongs to 203A Selwyn St. Please can it be removed along with many other plants that are overhanging the footpath down Selwyn St? It's a busy footpath with school children each day.
