> You have a major water leak at the Halswell Scouts building. Appears to be coming from the boarded up toilet facilities. We come to Halswell Domain every week for softball training and every week the car park is as wet as the photos I have attached. This is a major waste of water and needs to be addressed. We are nearly in a state of drought and a small river is flowing out of this building.
